So I have to stick with the same goals as they are also a school assignment and I have to:
- Gratitude journal
- Challenges recorded
- To Do list each morning or evening. I did this as part of my institute class last semester and it really helped me. I wrote down things that I needed to get done, then I prayed to know if there was something I was missing and which ones were most important because I likely wouldn't get to them all. I'm going to try again.
Those are great goals. I really like the list idea.
