Well, I did study my scriptures first every day, but my heart wasn't always in it. However, there were a few times that I wrote things down and have been pondering over things all week. For example, 2 Nephi 5:27 says that Nephi and his people lived after the manner of happiness. So I pondered, what that manner is. If you read the first 26 verses, it says exactly how they lived that helped them to be so happy. I've been pondering on that all week. I wrote down all the ways and even discussed it with my husband. So, I'll count this as a successful week.
I did not finish my homework until late Saturday so I didn't get to the temple. I spent over 30 hours this week on homework. It was brutal. But next week will be an easier week.
My plan is: to stick with putting the Lord first and then go to the temple.
It sounds successful week to me. I love that you were able to ponder one scripture at that level.
