The weekend is another story. I totally forgot all of my goals yesterday. Today, I said my prayer in the morning but haven't done anything else. I really need to figure out a good weekend routine.
I am liking the changes that I can feel in myself since I started doing this, and I like it. I am happier than I have been in a long time. I am also recognizing the small miracles in my life.
I am going to keep the same daily goals this week:
- listen to a conference talk
- listen to or read from the scriptures
- morning and night prayers
