Yeah, another bad week. I have a goal to get up earlier this week and I think that will help with scripture study since I tend to put it off and am too tired to study at night. I also want to start my day off with gratitude so that I'm in better spirits. My depression has been out of control for some time. I didn't recognize it as depression but it's lasted long enough that it's become a problem and not just an off day. Instead of waiting to see how the day plays out in order to find what I'm grateful for, I'll make my day great by being grateful and that will change the outcome.
My goal is to study in the morning and do my gratitude journal at the same time.
