Nada

 Still nothing with my goals. I think I'm spending too much time making goals honestly. I just need to narrow it down. If I could sum up what I really need to do with all of my goals in every area, it would be mindfulness. I have a million thoughts, worries, tasks, etc. on my mind all the time. Putting forth even the littlest effort on anything outside of what I absolutely have to do is too much for me. So this week, I will spend 5 minutes being mindful - this means prayer. Prayer is meditation and that is mindfulness. So that will be my only goal this week besides turning the Book of Mormon on audio. I don't get much out of it, but it will get me in the habit.

  1. I listen to the scriptures, too. It helps to hear them sometimes, and it can be done anywhere.
