I read my scriptures, Come Follow Me, listened to the First Vision Podcasts (the first 4), attended a fireside, went to church, and read in my "The Heavens are Open" book by Wendy W. Nelson. I feel better spiritually.
This week I am going to go to the temple. I really need it. I didn't go in December at all.
