Started Good

I started the week out great when it came to listening to talks and scriptures. Then, I procrastinated the scriptures too long. By Friday, I did not even open the app to listen to it. I wish I had made it more of a priority because I can really tell the difference in my day when I do. I think I would have not spiraled into a mental space I did not want to get into as bad.
I did not write in my journal at all this week. Again, I wish I had written it it, though. It is an important thing for me to do because I do not have my mom's journals, and I want my kids to have mine in the future so they can really understand who I am. Also, when I get my thoughts written down, I don't dwell on them as much. This is another way I help my mental health.
This week, I am going to work on the same goals:

  • listen to at least one conference talk per day
  • listen to the scriptures for at least 30 minutes a day
  • write in my journal once a day
