I did not write in my journal at all this week. Again, I wish I had written it it, though. It is an important thing for me to do because I do not have my mom's journals, and I want my kids to have mine in the future so they can really understand who I am. Also, when I get my thoughts written down, I don't dwell on them as much. This is another way I help my mental health.
This week, I am going to work on the same goals:
- listen to at least one conference talk per day
- listen to the scriptures for at least 30 minutes a day
- write in my journal once a day
This week is going to be awesome!
